The hotel is located in a slightly remote area, but close to foreign restaurants that require taking the subway. it is located in a busy shopping district where facilities are easily available. The breakfast place Tulip cafe is full of cold-hearted staff, but the service of the hotel is not bad. the bathroom is stylish and modern, but the room and breakfast service are average.

The walls are thin, which makes it easy to hear the TV of the people next door and wakes you up to their alarm clocks.

Lingering garden was placed just 1 mile from the hotel, suitable for us. The venue was situated not far from the 146 bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance. Really appreciated staying there, we would recommend the hotel: D

Almost perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling shopping district and close to popular tourist attractions. We enjoyed exploring the nearby Shantang Street and taking in the sights of the city.

Was a buisness stay for 2 nights , hotle was good , liked the big size of the room , hotel is in the middle of the city with all attractions nearby , would book again

At the checkout there was a small mixup with my creditcard receits , still it got solved after the manager joined

We booked this hotel after reviews and it was an excellent hotel for the money we paid. Spacious room, 5 star facilities and english speaking and very cooperative staff made this hotel a memorable stay. Location is very near to city attractions. Booking through Booked.net has an added advantage of no penalty for last minute cancellations with very reasonable advace information.

Big room and big bathroom. Delicious breakfast, with both Chinese and Western food. Useful staff.

I didn't like that the paiement was made on my credit card via Booked.net, I prefer to pay in person so I'm sure there isn't any mistake. Then, we had trouble finding a taxi in front of the hotel, and it's a bit of a walk to go to the touristic spots. But when we couldn't find a taxi to go back to the railway station, the staff found us one in no time, which was perfect, so do ask them for help.

The location is excellent and most of the tourist places are very close to the hotel.

The room was not ready for check in at 2.30 pm when the check in time is 12.00noon. We had to wait for almost an hour to move into our room.

They tried real hard to understand our needs. We do not speak Chinese.

The hotel's age is showing in some areas, and it is not as new and modern as other hotels in the area. , some guests have been smoking in public areas, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers.

The rooms were big and very Pleasant.

The hotel was fine, however bizarrely the staff (except the guy who hailed us taxis were poorly trained. We ordered 3 twin rooms as we were 6 girls travelling together. When we arrived we were given our room keys, which were for double rooms. Obviously no on orders a twin who wants a double, so we went to complain. We were told this was an ungrade so we should be happy. Also that there were no other options. When we refused to accept double rooms, they said the twin rooms would take 2 hours, despite it being 1.5 hours after check in. When we pointed this out we were instantly provided with 3 twin rooms: exactly what we had ordered in the first place. If the hotel had the rooms all along, why couldn't we have had them straight away rather than having to argue for half an hour to get them??
